We are half way through the fast and anticipating a powerful time in the presence of God tonight at
JHOP's worship and prayer gathering! The last few days have seen a slight drop in attendance as the semester picks up but (I think) a renewed focus in prayer. We believe our prayers are making a difference. Twelve guests attended Alpha this week, and we are expecting more guests next week. Faith is rising as we contend against the lies of Satan and the strongholds of Boston. We know that the gospel must go forth and that "today is the day of salvation." May our prayers make way for action, proclamation, and demonstration. God is giving birth to more than a prayer movement; he is transforming our hearts and minds to go!
Tomorrow (Sunday), we will be joined by David Warren, leader of the
Yale Institute for Campus Awakening, and some leaders from his organization, Collegiate Impact. We look forward to hearing what he has to share.
Finally, details on the FIRE CONFERENCE will be posted shortly. It will conclude the Fast.
